Paper Submission

Submit Abstract and Paper is the first stage in the seminar registration process where authors submit their research work to the conference committee. At this stage, participants are required to upload their abstract or full paper through the submission system. The submitted file should follow the official template and must include important information such as the paper title, author names, affiliation, abstract, keywords, and the main content of the research. After the abstract or paper is submitted, the committee will check whether the document is complete and suitable for the seminar scope. The submission will then proceed to the review stage, where reviewers evaluate the quality, originality, relevance, methodology, and contribution of the research. Authors are advised to ensure that their paper follows the required format and is submitted before the deadline.

The Notification of Acceptance is an official announcement from the seminar or conference committee informing authors that their submitted abstract or full paper has been accepted for presentation or publication. This notification is usually sent after the review process has been completed. It may include important information such as the paper title, author names, acceptance status, payment instructions, revision deadline, final paper submission guidelines, and presentation schedule.

After receiving the Notification of Acceptance, authors are usually required to complete the registration payment, upload the proof of payment, submit the revised or final paper, and prepare for their presentation.
